Note that you can only edit products in the My Products section that you have uploaded yourself. Shared products cannot be edited from the PIM UI.
3.1 Product Organization
In Wizart PIM, the catalog structure is fixed and follows a hierarchy of Brand → Collection → Article (Product). Here’s how you can manage your product catalog:
Managing Brands: You can edit existing brands by navigating to the Brands section, selecting the brand, clicking Edit, and updating the name or preview image. Click Save to apply the changes. To create new brands, use the bulk import process by preparing and uploading a CSV file.
Managing Collections: Similar to brands, edit existing collections by going to the Collections section, selecting the collection, clicking Edit, and making necessary updates to the name or preview image. Save the changes once done. New collections are added through bulk import using a CSV file.
Managing Articles: While article names cannot be changed through the UI, you can update the preview image by going to the Articles section, selecting the article, and using the Edit button. Save the changes to apply them.
3.2 Bulk Updates
Updating product information in bulk is a key feature of the PIM system, allowing you to make changes to multiple products without re-importing them. This is especially useful for making widespread updates to attributes or correcting data inconsistencies.
Steps for Bulk Updates:
Export Data: Select the products or categories you wish to update and click the Export button. This will generate CSV files containing the current data for those products.
Edit CSV Files: Unzip the downloaded files and make the necessary changes to the attributes. Note that some fields, such as brand name, collection name, product image, and unique SKU ID, cannot be updated using this method.
Upload Updated Files: Save the modified CSV files and upload them back into the PIM system by selecting the appropriate product type. The system will process the updates and reflect the changes in your product catalog.

3.3 Deleting Products
When products are no longer needed, you can remove them from the PIM system. Deleting products is a straightforward process, but be cautious as this action cannot be undone.
Steps for Deleting Products:
Log in to Your PIM Account: Access your account using the credentials provided.
Navigate to ‘My Products’: Go to the My Products tab where your product catalog is displayed.
Select Products: Check the boxes next to the products or collections you wish to delete.
Delete: Click the Delete button located at the top right corner of the page. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
The deleted products will be permanently removed from your catalog, so ensure you review the selections carefully before proceeding.
