PIM Admin Tool is a web administration system that allows the client to quickly operate the data available in the PIM system and the data displayed in Wizart visualization products. Using this tool the customer can upload the necessary wallpaper samples to the PIM system and use them in Wizart visualization applications.
Main functionality
Upload product information – textures (images) of wallpaper samples and associated metadata – into the PIM system
Delete uploaded product information – textures and associated metadata
View information on uploaded products presented in a tree-like structure. Database navigation available.
Display and limit the display of information on uploaded products in Wizart visualization systems
Preview the results of product texture overlay
Search information on uploaded products
Create import templates. The client can create several templates for importing files with various information structure.
Uploading data into PIM admin
Create ZIP file with images and CSV file for data mapping (see File upload requirements)
Open PIM admin , sign in using provided credentials
Go to the “Data mapping” tab and choose “Create data mapping”
NOTE: If you have several CSV files with the same data mapping, you can import them using only the first created Data Mapping.
Example: you have 3 CSV files [File1.csv, File2.csv, File3.csv] with absolutely the same data mapping fields.
You have created Data Mapping [Wallpapers1] to upload File1.csv and later you can use the same Data Mapping [Wallpapers1] to upload File2.csv and File3.csv
4. Enter the template name and attach a CSV file for data mapping in the opened window
5. Fill in the fields mentioned in the uploaded CSV file with appropriate data from drop-down lists.
6. Save mapping
7. Go to the “Import” tab
8. In the “Choose data mapping“ field, choose the created mapping for the data file that needs to be imported
9. Attach the appropriate ZIP file with images and CSV file with metadata (see File upload requirements)
10. Choose “Import“
11. After a successful import, the uploaded data will be available in the “Administration panel” tab within a few minutes

12. On Administrative panel you can manage and delete brands/collections/articles:
By marking the whole brand/collection or certain articles in the “Show in app” field you make the marked items visible in the application
By marking the whole brand/collection or certain articles in the left field and pressing “Delete” button you will delete marked items from PIM
If you need to add some articles to any brand/collection, create ZIP archive and CSV file (make sure that name of the brand/collection is the same as it was in the previously uploaded files) and upload them in the Data Mapping created and used for uploading the other files from this brand/collection.
13. By clicking on the article image on Articles page you can quickly apply this article in the Fitting room and see the result
