WALL_DECALS – requirements for textures provided by the client for visualization

Quality data for further use should include images that are free of artifacts and meet the following requirements: 

General requirements: 

• File format: PNG. 

• Color model: RGB. 

• Image resolution: A minimum value for good visualization is 1000 pixels or more on the longer side. It should be noted that the quality of visualization directly depends on the quality of the texture. 

• Detail: The image should have high levels of detail. 

• No artifacts: The image should be free of noise, distortions, light/shadow patterns, and other defects.

Special Requirements for WALL_DECALS 

• The image should be on a transparent background.

• The image should be cropped along the edge of the picture to avoid distortion of the actual dimensions and proportions of the product during rendering.

• For the WALL_DECALS products with the ‘apply_from_center’ layout (parameters: repeatable=’no’).

• For the WALL_DECALS products with a ‘no_pattern’ layout (parameters: repeatable=’yes’), the image should have a completely repeating pattern, both horizontally and vertically, for seamless rendering.
