Rugs - file upload requirements

Now rugs are available as a separate product type in the PIM system. Below you can find the instructions on how to prepare the files for the rugs to be uploaded.

Select the desirable product type (Rug) on the ‘Import’ page and download the CSV template.

3. Complete the uploading process following the instructions in the PIM. Please note that the uploading of your products might take some time.

Image upload requirements

File extension: .jpg, .jpeg, or .png (for images with transparent background – .png format only). The texture pattern with transparent areas must have a transparent background. White edges around the image are not allowed.

Color mode: RGB;
Resolution: The image must be at least 2000px on the long edge and 300dpi.
The image must have a high definition.
All images must be archived into a ZIP file (make sure it is a .zip extension)
- you can archive images directly to the root of the ZIP file
- you can archive folders with several collections in one ZIP file
- Maximum size of the ZIP archive is 2GB.

CSV file upload requirements:

You can download our default CSV template for rug import on the ‘Import’ page in the PIM, fill it out with the corresponding data, and upload it to your Wizart PIM-account.
Please note the following:

All required fields must be completed
Use a dot to separate figures

Required fields
brand_name	Brand name. All collections of this brand will be displayed in the catalog inside the corresponding folder
collection_name	Name of the collection. All products from the same collection will be displayed in the catalog inside corresponding folder
product_name	Name of the product will be displayed in the catalog under corresponding article image
unique_sku_id	Unique SKU ID in your database. This value is required for successful integration with your e-catalogue. The SKU must be different for all products within one and the same collection but can be used again in other collections.
product_image	Product image name from the ZIP file There is no need at add an extension (.jpg, .png, or .jpeg) to the file name.
product_width	Width of the product in meters. Unless specified, the product width value is the same as the pattern_width
product_length	Length of the product in meters. Unless specified, the product width value is the same as pattern_length
product_shape	Rug shape: square or round
Optional fields
pile_height	Pile height of the product in meters (maximum value is 0.5)

product_link	Link to the product page on your website
product_description	Any other description of your product you might like to add.
country	State a country of origin for your product
material	Describe the material your product was made of
backing_material	Describe the backing material your product was made of
color	Any color can be specified here. Use a comma to separate colors
interior	Type of a room a product is going to be used in: bedroom, kitchen, etc.
style	Describe the style of your product: modern, classic, country, etc.
product_availability	In stock / Out of stock
product_regular_price	Regular price: numeric value
product_promotional_price	Promotional price: numeric value
product_context	Specify the context if you need any (see additional info below)
context_currency	You can specify different types of currencies for the required regions
pattern	Describe the pattern of your product: geometric, floral, animal, etc.

CONTEXT VALUES

The following fields can contain context information for a rug:

product_link – a link to the product page on your website
product_regular_price – the filed must contain numeric values only
product_promotional_price
price_per_m2 – please specify figures only. The currency will be added automatically in the Visualizer
promotional_price_per_m2 – please specify figures only. The currency will be added automatically in the Visualizer
