We have updated the uploading process by adding some validation steps; several definitions in Data Mapping have also been changed. If you have any questions or issues while uploading SKUs and/or CSV files, please contact support@wizart.ai
Image upload requirements
File extension: jpg, jpeg, or png;
Resolution: the smaller dimension of the image should be 1024px (or more) per 1 meter of product physical size;
DPI: minimum 72 pixels. Good quality is 300 pixels.
Color mode: RGB;
The image must contain a fully repeated wallpaper pattern
All images must be archived into a ZIP file (make sure that you have a .zip extension)
you can archive images directly to the root of the ZIP file
you can archive folders with several collections in one ZIP file
Maximum size of the ZIP archive - 2GB
Please note that some fields are not available for certain product types. Check the table below for more info.
Colors and symbols used:
Green - available, i.e. you can specify this info for this product type;
Red - not available, i.e. this field is not available in the CSV for this very product type;
Yellow - recommended field, i.e. it is not required, but we do recommend filling this one in for a more accurate visualization result or simply for giving more details on the product);
An asterisk (*) means that this field is required, i.e. must be completed.
Digits separated by commas for min and max allowed values.
