Integration instructions: WordPress Plugin

You are just a few steps away from completing a successful integration and boosting your sales with it.

 Please note that prior to the integration, you need to get Wizart API Token. You can access it in your Wizart PIM account. In order to get Wizart PIM account, please start your free trial at https://wizart.ai/trial?ref=%2F.

The integration includes adding entry point buttons to:

Homepage - adding a floating button launching the Visualizer to the homepage. The floating button with a glitter effect moves along the screen when scrolling (i.e is always seen on the screen). The floating button is placed by default in the bottom right corner of the website homepage.

Category page – adding an entry point button to the category page. The entry point button is static (i.e. does not change its position on the webpage). This button is placed by default below each item. It launches the Visualizer, and the corresponding product is automatically applied on the chosen surface.

Please, make sure the unique SKU ID (vendor code) of the product item on your website corresponds to the unique SKU ID you uploaded to Wizart PIM system.

Product page - adding an entry point button for each product item on the individual product page. The entry point button is static (i.e. does not change its position on the webpage). This button is placed by default below each item. It launches the Visualizer, and the corresponding product is automatically applied on the chosen surface.

Please, make sure the unique SKU ID (vendor code) of the product item on your website corresponds to the unique SKU ID you uploaded to Wizart PIM system.

 

Follow our step-by-step instructions for super-easy integration.

 Step 1

Login in to your WordPress account and click on ‘Plugins’ in the left side menu bar.

Step 2

Click on ‘Add New’ in the left side menu bar of your WordPress account.

Step 3

Type ‘Wizart’ in the right search bar, and click on ‘Install Now’ after the Wizart Home plugin appears on the list.

Step 4

Click on ‘Activate’.

Now Wizart Home plugin will appear on your list of WordPress plugins.

Step 5

Go to ‘Settings’ in the left side menu of your WordPress account, and choose ‘Wizart integration’ from the drop-down list.

Step 6

Enter your Wizart API Token. You can get your API Token in your Wizart PIM account.

Step 7

By ticking this box for Iframe Method, you are choosing an iframe integration, which is an alternative to our general script integration. Please choose an iframe integration only when the entry point buttons were not added to the Product and Category pages after completing the integration steps described below. Step 8

You can edit every button in the button settings.

Editing the floating button. You can change:

  • Text on the button.

  • Add custom styles to your button.

As well as some optional settings:

  • Element Selector is used to target which element the button shall be applied to.

  • Insert Element Position allows to choose from three values: append (inside the element), before the element, or after.

  • Iframe Element Selector is used to select where the fitting room shall be embedded.

  • Insert iframe element position provides a choice of three values: append (inside the element), before the element, or after.

Step 10

Step 12

You can also use Additional Settings fields for some extra options:

  • Life time is cache duration in seconds

  • Context can be added to selected items in the CSV file (the one uploaded to the PIM System) to display them on certain sections of a website / on different domains. The same context word shall be entered in the field in the WP admin panel (see below).

Step 13

After you’ve made all the changes, please click on ‘Save Changes’.
