After your demo is created, you receive a welcoming email with the login details to access your PIM account. The next step is to upload your patterns/designs and make them visible in your Wizart Home Visualizer.

 What Does The Wizart PIM Do?
  • Upload product information: images of patterns/designs and the corresponding metadata (information about the product samples).

  • Manage the displayed information on uploaded product items in a tree-like structure. Database navigation is available.

  • Search and edit the information on the uploaded products.

  • Preview the products applied to the corresponding surface before publishing it on the Visualizer.

  • Delete the uploaded product items and the corresponding metadata.

  • Generate sets of renders (images of the room scenes with the products applied) for enhanced PDPs and other marketing purposes.

  • Retailers/Distributors can send requests for Data Sharing to the Manufacturers.

  • Manufacturers can approve the requests for Data Sharing send by Retailers / Distributors.

  • Manufacturers can track their data usage by the Retailers/Distributors via personal Analytics Dashboards in Google Data Studio.

  • Retailers/Distributors can subscribe for the updates of the Manufacturers and automatically receive notifications just after new collections added.

  • Once approved by the Manufacturers, Retailers/Distributors can download the patterns/designs images and the corresponding metadata to be added to their website PDPs.

Uploading data into Wizart PIM account

Before starting the upload, you will need to prepare 2 files with the data:

  • ZIP file with the images of the patterns/designs you are going to upload.

  • A corresponding CSV file with the metadata (information about the images).

Prior to the data upload, please check our File Upload Requirements - requirements for the images and the CSV files, as well as the templates to download and examples to follow.

Step 1

Create a ZIP file with the images of the product samples and a corresponding CSV file with the information about these product samples.

Step 2

Log in to your PIM account using the credentials provided in your welcoming email.

Step 3

Go to the ‘Import’ Tab.

Step 4

Select the product type from the drop-down list.

You can download the default CSV template on the same page, fill in the necessary fields, and upload it (for more information, please check our File Upload Requirements).

Step 5

Attach the ZIP file with the images of the product samples.

Step 6

Attach the CSV file with the corresponding information about the product samples in the ZIP file.

Step 7

Click on the ‘Import’ button and wait until the data is uploaded. You will receive the notification that the data was successfully added with the indication of the number of images uploaded. In case of any issues, you will receive the corresponding notification about the problems encountered.

Step 8

All the newly uploaded patterns can be checked in the ‘My Products’ tab.

Managing data uploaded to Wizart PIM account

 Make the chosen collections/brands/articles visible in your Wizart Home Visualizer.

Step 1

Log in to your PIM account using the credentials provided in your welcoming email.

Step 2

Go to the ‘My products’ tab.

Step 3

Mark the collection/brand/article you want to make visible by checking the ‘Show in app’ box on the right to each collection/brand/article.

 Delete collections/brands/articles from your Wizart PIM account.

Step 1

Log in to your PIM account using the credentials provided in your welcoming email.

Step 2

Go to the ‘My products’ tab.

Step 3

Mark the collection/brand/article you want to delete from your PIM account by checking the box on the left of the to the needed collection/brand/article, and click on the ‘Delete’ button in the right corner of the page.

 Add new articles to any brand/collection.

Step 1

Create a ZIP archive with the images and a corresponding CSV file with the information about the images. Please make sure that the name of the brand/collection is the same as it was in the previously uploaded files.

Step 2

Upload the created files using the default Data Mapping created for uploading the other files with the data from this brand/collection.
