The core feature that handles this is the Show in App option, which governs the visibility of items at every level of your catalog—be it a brand, collection, or individual article. Whether you’re working with products you’ve uploaded in "My Products" or data received from manufacturers in "Shared Products," this setting applies across all products.

By default, newly uploaded or shared items have visibility is turned on for newly uploaded products by the user and for the initial demo products shared by Wizart during account creation. However, for other shared products, the Show in App option will be turned on, meaning they will be visible and accessible in the specific Wizart product you’re using, whether it's through the Visualizer, API, or other tools in the future. However, this setting is entirely customizable: turning it off off by default, and the user must manually enable visibility for these products after receiving them. Turning off this setting for any item—whether a brand, collection, or individual product—will hide that item from view in your chosen platform, such as the Visualizer, API, or other future tools.

This feature allows you to maintain a large database within Wizart PIM while keeping the actual output tightly managed. You can curate your visible catalog without deleting products, giving you full control over what appears in your solution.
